ABOUT JO
" Finding the right support for a younger child can feel overwhelming. There is no single route or quick fix - every learner is different. What matters most is discovering what truly helps them learn, grow and feel understood.

Drawing on over 30-years of primary education expertise (as both a teacher and a SEND specialist), along with the hard-won insight of a parent who has personally navigated the complex SEND system, I founded LEARNOUT OF THE BOX in 2016, renamed STUCKHUB in 2025. My drive is to champion children, providing early effective strategy - free from labels, red tape and delay.

My bespoke Primary Needs Assessment (PNA) cuts through the confusion, revealing the root causes of learning barriers. Built specifically around the National Curriculum and essential foundation skills in Maths and English , the PNA delivers clear, measurable and actionable targets that work with or without a diagnosis. The targets enable any specialist to micro-plan and teach with precision, delivering focused and effective intervention that builds confidence and accelerates learning.

You don't have to stay STUCK. Whether you are navigating a diagnostic assessment or moving past unsuccessful interventions, the PNA gives you the control you need. It provides the precise, relevant targets to immediately accelerate your child's learning. My drive is simple: to ensure every child closes gaps, achieves lasting success and develops a lifelong love of learning. "
