STUCKHUB is an independent educational assessment service operated by Jo Packard, a self-employed educational assessor based in Hammer, West Sussex.

What Information We Collect

Depending on the services you request, we may collect:

• Parent or carer contact details

• Child's name, date of birth and school

• Information about your child's educational needs and learning history

• Family and School Questionnaires

• Educational reports, EHCP documentation and other educational information you choose to provide.

• Information submitted through the STUCKHUB website enquiry form

• STUCKHUB provides educational assessments only and does not provide medical, psychological or clinical diagnoses.

How We Store Your Information

• Completed assessment reports are stored securely on a password-protected external hard drive.

• Family and School Questionnaires are securely shredded once the final report has been completed.

• Handwritten assessment notes and supporting assessment evidence are provided to parents or, where appropriate and with permission, to the child's school or SENCO. These are not routinely retained by STUCKHUB once handed over.

 

Sharing Your Information

• Your information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

• Information is only shared:

• with you;

• with your child's school or SENCO where you have given permission; or

• where required by law.

 

Payments

• Assessment fees are paid by bank transfer before an assessment is confirmed.

• STUCKHUB does not store bank card or online payment details.

 

Website Cookies

• The STUCKHUB website is hosted by Wix and may use cookies necessary for the operation of the website. Wix Analytics may also collect anonymous information about website usage to help improve the website.

 

How Long We Keep Information

• Assessment reports and client records are normally retained for up to six years after the assessment has been completed.

• Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or destroyed.

 

Your Rights

• Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• request access to your personal information;

• request that inaccurate information is corrected;

• request that your information is deleted where appropriate;

• object to or restrict certain types of processing; and

• lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
