Finding the right support for a younger child can feel overwhelming. Every child is unique and understanding why learning has become difficult is the first step towards helping them move forward.
I created STUCKHUB after more than 30 years in primary education—as a primary teacher, specilast SEN teacher, part of school leadership and as a parent who has sat on the other side of the table. I’ve seen the system from every angle and I got tired of watching teachers and families wait months, or even years, desperatley grappling for answers while children can lose their confidence and their love for learning.
Decades on the frontline taught me three unshakeable truths:

First, diagnosis-led support labels a problem; needs-led assessment solves it. A diagnostic label's job is to tell you what a difficulty is called and what access arrangements can be put in place, but it doesn't explain why a child is struggling to learn. A whole-child educational assessment uncovers the underlying mechanics driving those barriers, providing a clear roadmap that supports not just the child, but everyone involved in their education.

Second, isolated interventions create isolated progress. Pull-out 1:1 sessions are wasted if strategies don't survive the transition back into a busy classroom or home. Intervention targets must be built around continuous communication between everyone involved, ensuring strategies are embedded into daily classroom practice rather than stalling the moment the child returns to their desk.

Third, true SEN expertise simplifies—it never complicates. An expert educational report shouldn't require a specialist to interpret it—it is designed for everyone. Its ultimate test is readability: translating complex observational data into a bespoke, actionable roadmap for class teachers, TAs and parents alike.
That is why I developed the Primary Needs Assessment (PNA) and a simple Primary Needs Assessment Report(PNAR). It cuts straight through the red tape and long waitlists to deliver an actionable, ready-to-implement individual support plans within 14 days.
I run STUCKHUB independently because every child deserves a fierce champion in their corner—someone who can pinpoint exactly why they are struggling,
deliver the practical targets and tools to fix it and support both the parents and the school every step of the way.
No child should be left behind, and no child should have to stay STUCK.
